We’re hiring a
New Account Sales Representative
to help
residential and light commercial customers
choose the right fuel pricing and delivery programs, and introduce our growing HVAC services. This role offers a
Guaranteed base salary plus commission — earnings vary based on performance, with significant upside for top performers.
This is a
hybrid role
, requiring
at least 4 days per week
of in-office time at our office in
PatchogueVillage
What You’ll Do:
•Work with homeowners and small businesses to understand their heating oil and HVAC needs
•Present and explain pricing programs (capped, fixed, variable) and service plans
•Follow up on warm leads from advertising, referrals, and past inquiries
•Generate your own leads through community events, local networking, and light canvassing — in addition to strong inbound leads
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships
•Guide new customers through onboarding and contract setup
•Represent the company in a friendly, professional way — both in person and over the phone
What We’re Looking For:
•Proven sales skills — confident, persuasive, and relationship-focused
•Highly motivated, dependable, and driven to succeed
•Strong communication and follow-through habits
•Able to explain pricing and contract options clearly and professionally
•Previous experience in fuel, HVAC, or other home services sales is a plus but not required. We will train the right person
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
