The Role

We're looking for an energetic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Fort Pierce, FL. You'll play a key role in expanding Waste Pro's presence in the area, working with businesses and residential clients to provide sustainable waste solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect & Grow: Identify new business opportunities and build long-lasting relationships with commercial, industrial, and residential clients in the West Palm Beach area.

- Consult & Sell: Understand your clients' needs and recommend Waste Pro's services to meet those needs, from waste collection to recycling and disposal solutions.

- Close Deals: Own the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for clients.

- Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals, making a real difference for the business while earning great incentives.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years in sales, ideally within the waste management, environmental services, or B2B sales sector.

- Skills & Knowledge:

- Familiarity with the waste industry, competitors, and key factors influencing client decisions.

- Expertise in negotiation, bid responses, contract management, and forecasting.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT), along with sales automation tools.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to deliver presentations effectively.

- Strong problem-solving, market research, and pricing strategies.

- Travel-Ready: Must be prepared for extensive travel within the defined sales area. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are essential.
