The Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Representative to lead business development efforts in the Alberta Region. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven sales, is highly organized, and wants to be part of shaping our internal sales systems as we grow.

Responsibilities:

•

Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Edmonton & surrounding area

•

Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers through consistent follow-up and excellent service

•

Conduct regular check-ins with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and identify future opportunities

•

Represent CJM’s full range of services, including crane rentals, transportation, rigging, engineering, and maintenance solutions

•

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting, efficient scheduling, and smooth project execution

•

Track all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in a CRM system

•

Play an active role in maintaining and improving CJM’s CRM process to streamline sales tracking, customer engagement, and pipeline management

•

Monitor market trends and provide feedback to leadership on competitive activity and opportunities

Qualifications:

•

2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction, equipment rental, transportation, or industrial services

•

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

•

Excellent follow-up skills and a customer-first mindset

•

Strong organizational and time management abilities

•

Comfortable using and helping develop CRM tools and processes

•

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

•

Valid driver’s license with clean abstract.

•

Knowledge of crane or rigging services is an asset but not necessary
