Outdoor Sales Executive – Hardware Industry
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our hardware company. In this role, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling our range of hardware products to retailers, contractors, construction firms, and other potential clients. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of the hardware or construction supply industry.
Key Responsibilities:
•Visit clients on-site to promote and sell hardware products, tools, and building materials
•Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territory
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, contractors, and construction professionals
•Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and product demonstrations
•Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
•Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry
•Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product performance, and market developments
•Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders
Qualifications & Skills:
•Proven experience in outdoor or field sales, preferably in the hardware, tools, or construction materials industry
•Strong knowledge of hardware products and their applications
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and cover assigned territory
•Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
•Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
