EFI Attachments and GroundWorks Safety Systems are growing companies serving the construction industry. EFI designs and manufactures innovative equipment attachments, while GroundWorks builds engineered trench safety systems.
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to help drive growth across both businesses across North America - building relationships, closing opportunities, and creating a foundation for a high-performing sales team.
- Personally drive sales with contractors, municipalities, and rental partners.
- Continue to build our sales processes and procedures to scale the department.
- Develop and manage the pipeline- prospecting, qualifying, and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to improve strategy and results.
- In time, recruit , coach, and lead a sales team to extend our reach and impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - is an asset
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in oilfield, heavy equipment, or construction industries- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales, and grow accounts
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and customer-first mindset
- Technical aptitude and understanding of the customers needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); and CRM tools is an asset
- Entrepreneurial and self motivated -you thrive in building something from the ground up.
