This position merges proactive sales leadership with active operational support, ideal for an individual who is as passionate about expanding our customer base as they are adaptable in supporting plant operations. The successful candidate is both target-driven and hands-on, thriving in a dynamic environment where responsibilities can range from sales strategy to operational assistance on-site.
- Competitive pay: $95,000–$105,000, depending on experience.

- Develop annual sales targets by product and recommend initiatives to achieve these objectives.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, including sales forecasts and related planning.
- Stay current on product updates, market trends, sales techniques, and competitive activities.
- Continuously monitor competitor activities and pricing, providing detailed reports that address market shifts, product changes, sales terms, and service offerings.
- Ensure products and services are optimally positioned in the market to maximize profit and customer goodwill.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality as scheduled.
- Direct and oversee tasks at assigned locations and job sites.
- Ensure regular maintenance and upkeep of company property.
- Operate heavy equipment when necessary to support operations.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to meet organizational needs.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- At least two years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service role.
- Previous experience in construction sales is highly preferred.
- Experience with Customer Records Management is a plus.
- Minimum age: 18 years or older.
- Residency within the assigned territory is required.
- Strict compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist others as needed.
- Professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
- Willingness to travel and work away from home as necessary.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends if required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong presentation skills for both small and large audiences.
- Ability to analyze and address issues independently and under deadline pressure.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated capacity to operate within general guidelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to comprehend and follow complex instructions and relay detailed information clearly.
- Consistent and dependable attendance is essential.
- Compliance with OSHA and/or MSHA safety regulations, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face shields, safety shoes, and coveralls when required.
- Able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, speak, and hear as required for operational support.
- Vision (with correction) sufficient for close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, as well as focus adjustment.
- Frequent sitting and hand use; occasional standing, walking, and bending.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including making outside sales calls and visiting job sites.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Potential exposure to moderate noise, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, moving parts, heights, outdoor elements, and electrical hazards.
