Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Manager (FL) for a full-time hybrid role based in Florida, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and maintain client relationships, strategize and execute sales plans, and monitor market trends. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, managing sales teams, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets.

- Sales experience, client relationship management, and customer service skills

- Strategic planning, market analysis, and business development skills

- Lead generation, negotiating, and closing skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently

- Knowledge of rooftop racking systems and the solar industry is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

- Solar sales experience is a plus
