Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Producer to join our team. This is door to door Solar Sales job position where housing and travel is covered if you are hired for our seasonal to potentially full time sales position in multiple locations in California. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, establishing relationships with new clients through excellent communication skills.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities and experience in insurance or retail sales are highly valued to effectively serve diverse customer needs and enhance outreach efforts.
- Memorize and present sales pitch.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional communication.
- Manage sales administration tasks including tracking leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide benefits administration support by explaining product options and assisting clients with enrollment processes.
- Meet sales quotas, participate in competitive sales competitions to potentially increase your earnings by 30-50%
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
