The Key Objective of this position is to grow the sales of AB Marketing, LLC (hereinafter the Company) to the maximum extent possible. The Corporate Director of Sales accomplishes this objective as follows:
1. Understands that our #1 priority is to grow the Company’s sales to the maximum extent possible and in a profitable manner.
2. Helps to streamline systems to make them more efficient for our managers and agents, as well as corporate staff.
3. Provides managers and agents with a workplace that is safe, drug-free, and where harassment will not be tolerated.
4. Constantly contributes ideas for reducing expenses, maximizing revenue, or otherwise improving the overall profitability of the Company.
1. Makes daily calls to all managers to discuss sales goals, sales reporting, compliance issues, and field lead management. Responds to questions from managers within a one-hour timeframe.
2. Responsible for recruiting new sales agents and placing them with current managers.
3. Helping with training of sales people and managers.
4. Schedules travel and lodging for managers and sales agents, when necessary.
5. Researches and explains program details to new sales managers.
6. Communicates with admin in the onboarding of all new programs. Ensures managers and sales agents receive and review training materials.
7. Communicates with admin in searching for new office locations, obtains multiple locations for review, and schedules viewing appointments for managers.
8. Communicates with admin about discussions between managers/subcontractors and property managers for lease proposals. Follows up with both parties to ensure a smooth transition into lease signing.
9. Participates in weekly meetings with clients for touch bases.
10. 24/7 availability to all agents, managers, and corporate staff for any issues or questions that arise.
11. Liasson between subcontractors/managers/agents and corporate staff with respect to any issues that may arise. (i.e., scheduling of meetings/conference calls, travel cancellations, need for field leads, etc.)
12. Travel to office locations across the country to visit existing teams and assets give necessary support or reward.
13. Travel to expansion markets to open new offices with manager. Oversee the “high-level” items, including but not limited to signing of lease, communication with landlord, developing a 30-, 60-, and 90-day plan from launch.
14. Depending on circumstance, and while using common sense, verifies final decision making with CEO.

Prior sales and marketing experience; high school diploma; 2 years of college a plus.
Ability to read and interpret business documents such as contracts, leases, and government rules and regulations. The ability to write clear and concise reports and email correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, subcontractors, managers, sales agents, and coworkers.
Must have basic mathematical skills, including ability to calculate commissions, percentages, etc. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft WORD and EXCEL or similar word processing and spreadsheet software.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form. Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
