As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for homeowners interested in going solar or upgrading their HVAC systems. Your role is to qualify leads, engage customers over the phone, and schedule in-home or virtual consultations for our sales team.
This is a part-time, high-energy position ideal for students, entry-level salespeople, or anyone looking to break into the renewable-energy industry while earning solid bonuses.
- Call and text warm homeowner leads provided by the company
- Qualify potential customers using a simple script (training provided)
- Set appointments for solar and HVAC specialists
- Track results and update CRM (HubSpot) daily
- Help build a fun, motivated, goal-driven team culture- Hourly pay + performance bonuses (average $20–$35/hr with bonuses)
