People’s Security Company is seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions while selling and promoting security systems and services, including alarm systems, camera systems, and access control to both residential and commercial clients. This position requires a confident, personable, and energetic personality to build relationships within the community. Meeting residential or commercial customers may require after-hours or weekends to meet their needs. Qualifications and Responsibilities:

· Take initiative and pursue new business opportunities

· Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients

· Ability to negotiate contracts and close sales

· Travel and after-hour meetings

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Associates degree in sales and marketing or equivalent experience

· Must have a current Minnesota driver’s license.
