Job Summary
Morrill Industries is seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate I to join our growing manufacturing team. This position supports the company’s sales efforts by developing and maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships, preparing job-related documentation, and promoting Morrill’s full product catalog. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers and vendors.
- Present Morrill products, designs, and alternative options to clients.
- Review take-offs and instruct designer on drawings and specifications.
- Follow through with required specifications and documentation processes.
- Make independent decisions when applicable regarding layout and design.
- Communicate with production and shipping to review accuracy of projects.
- Gain expertise in all part numbers and associated catalog items.
- Learn applicable measuring systems and cost analysis tools.
- Maintain and develop competitive pricing structures.
- Prepare accurate and timely job quotes, job orders, and purchase orders.
- Support account services, including training and merchandising guidance.
- Execute sales strategies that drive growth and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong personal selling, time management, and public speaking skills.
- Ensure timely execution of department objectives and priorities.
- Maintain punctuality and satisfactory attendance.- High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate and 4+ years of sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to calculate and interpret figures including percentages, commissions, and basic geometry.
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Escalon, CA 95320.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Experience in agricultural equipment sales or manufacturing environments.
- Strong presentation skills for one-on-one and group settings.
- Working knowledge of cost analysis and pricing strategies.

- Hourly Pay: $23 – $30 (Based on Experience)
