As a
Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our clients, creating engaging experiences that leave a lasting impact. We provide hands-on training and support so you’ll have all the tools you need to succeed, whether you’re new to the field or looking to sharpen your skills.
- Represent clients through
face-to-face interactions
with customers and the public
- Deliver clear, engaging presentations about products, services, and causes
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently answer questions
- Gather and report customer feedback to improve campaigns
- Accurately track and input daily performance metrics
- Travel to new markets for expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with partner offices to share strategies and best practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset (work closely with groups of 3–10)
- Professionalism and reliability at events and in the office
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- 1–2 years of customer service, sales, or marketing experience (preferred but not required)
- A natural leader—or the drive to grow into one
