Mountain Country Equipment has an opening for a retail sales person in the Farm/Ag Livestock Fencing Industry. We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package, which includes an hourly wage, commission, retirement savings plan, paid vacation, and holidays. Mountain Country Equipment is an excellent place to work with excellent hours Monday thru Friday 9-5. Also, no weekends!

What you will do:

Greet customers in a professional and welcoming manner

Answer customer questions, offer suggestions, take orders and accept payments

Assist in arranging pickup or delivery

Make follow-up phone calls and e-mails to ensure customer satisfaction and/or sell products

Assist in maintaining stock room and merchandise display

Collaborate with sales team to maintain a clean and appealing work area

What we are looking for:

Must have knowledge in the Horse/Cattle Industry

Positive, confident and friendly individual with previous sales experience

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as active listening

Cash handling experience

Must be able to work in a team environment

Good time management skills
