Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Hatfield, PA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, processing orders, and maintaining the company's extensive inventory. The associate will engage in customer interactions, both over the phone and in-person, to ensure a seamless purchasing experience, while also assisting in the identification and resolution of customer needs and product inquiries.

Qualifications

- Customer Service, Sales, and Account Management skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Knowledge of industrial fasteners and materials (stainless steel, alloy steel, etc.) is a plus

- Ability to manage inventory and process orders efficiently

- Proficiency in using sales software and databases

- Team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
