Sales Associate

Mason Steel Buildings Corp is looking to hire three experienced sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team in the booming industry of pre-engineered steel building kits. We sell high-ticket, pre-manufactured steel structures: garages, workshops, homes, and commercial buildings, with deals ranging from $20,000 to over $1 million. This is not your typical sales job. We're not selling cell phones or cable packages, we're selling serious products to serious buyers across the country, mostly over the phone or via Zoom.

The average sales associate here earns $250K+ annually, while top performers break $400K without a ceiling on commissions. This opportunity is for sharp, driven closers who can handle complex consultative sales and aren’t afraid to go after big deals.
