The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader who:

- Has a proven track record of success in technical B2B sales within manufacturing or machining sectors

- Possesses a strong network of decision-makers (engineering, procurement, operations, executive leadership) in our served industries

- Understands how to sell complex, value-added manufacturing solutions

- Is a strategic thinker and independent self-starter, capable of identifying and pursuing new opportunities with minimal oversight

- Is motivated by the opportunity to earn significant commission through performance, rather than relying on a high base salary Key Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors

- Leverage existing industry contacts to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth

- Lead client engagement from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and close

- Partner with internal engineering and production teams to ensure alignment and client satisfaction

- Represent BPM professionally at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Compensation & Benefits
