Job Type: Full-Time | Base Pay + CommissionWe’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate
to join our industrial sales team. This is an entry-level/early career role, ideal for someone with exposure to industrial environments who is eager to grow in sales. You will support senior sales staff, help generate leads, and build customer relationships while learning solution-based selling in energy, oil & gas, and related sectors.
- Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, and proposal preparation
- Support order tracking and maintain CRM records (training provided)
- Identify new prospects through research, networking, and referrals
- Collaborate with technical teams to align client needs with solutions
- Provide responsive customer support to build long-term relationships
- Some experience or exposure in industrial sectors (energy, oil & gas, manufacturing, power, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, eager to learn sales processes
- Prior sales experience
- Tech-savvy; comfortable learning CRM and digital tools
