Job Type: Full-time Reports to: Sales Manager
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support our Sales team. This role is key in helping our sales representatives stay organized, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth sales operations. Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
Assist with customer onboarding and maintain accurate records.
Manage and update the CRM with customer interactions and sales activities. Schedule meetings, client visits, and coordinate the team’s calendar.Help qualify leads and research potential new customers.
Prepare sales presentations and training materials.
Create PowerPoint slides for sales meetings and pitches.
Ensure accurate filing and organization of sales documentation.
Maintain security, integrity, and confidentiality of sales data.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team member.
Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports and commission reports.
Act as a Brand Ambassador, helping build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Help plan and coordinate sales events and promotions with the Marketing team.
Strong organization and time management skills
Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems
Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in person)
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
