- Assist Key Account Managers (KAM) with daily business support, including sales data preparation, weekly report updates, and customer information follow-up;
- Participate in the preparation and execution of client meetings, assist with note-taking and action item follow-up;
- Support new product launches, promotional activities, and product management tasks to ensure proper execution;
- Assist in tracking the progress of new client development and provide timely updates;
- Maintain communication with cross-functional teams and assist with routine administrative and operational tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; prior experience in sales support, customer service, or operations is preferred;
- Strong attention to detail, execution ability, and sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in Excel and common office software, with strong data handling skills;
- A strong team player with good learning ability.
