About the Role:
We’re looking for a Safety Coordinator to help us maintain a safe and healthy work environment. You’ll ensure we’re following all safety regulations, lead audits and training, support incident investigations, and help manage facilities and equipment upkeep.
What You’ll Do:
•
Help enforce OSHA and other safety regulations
•
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments
•
Support incident investigations and track corrective actions
•
Coordinate safety training for employees and contractors
•
Promote safety awareness across the company
•
Maintain safety records and reports
•
Support equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
•
Assist with facilities and emergency response planning
•
Participate in safety audits
•
Be part of an on-call and rotating weekend schedule
What We’re Looking For:
•
3+ years of HSE experience (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)
•
Bilingual in English/Spanish*
Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and related regulations
•
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office
•
Able to lead safety trainings and work with all departments
Preferred (Not Required):
•
OSHA 30 certification
•
First Aid/CPR/AED certification
•
Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
