Great American Roofing Company is seeking a proven Sales Manager with roofing experience who knows how to recruit, train, and drive high-performing sales teams. If you’ve built and led winning crews before, this is your platform to build something of your own.

This role offers the opportunity to:

- Lead from the front and close your own deals

- Recruit and mentor a team of up to 15 sales reps

- Earn overrides and residual income from every team win

What You’ll Do

- Recruit, motivate, and manage roofing sales associates

- Train and coach through ride-alongs, spot-checks, and field days

- Set and enforce KPIs, sales goals, and accountability

- Drive aggressive D2D and B2B sales strategies

- Lead by example—close deals while developing your team

- Track team performance, referrals, and customer satisfaction
