What You’ll Do:

- Develop expertise in residential construction sales, including windows, doors, siding, gutters, and decking.

- Identify and pursue new opportunities by actively engaging with potential clients.

- Present options confidently and close contracts effectively.

- Represent Pro Terra at company-hosted events and community engagements.

What You’ll Need:

- A minimum of 1 year of outside sales experience.

- A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

- A smartphone for communication and client management.

- A friendly, customer-first attitude with strong self-motivation.

- Excellent communication skills to build lasting customer relationships.

- Flexibility to manage occasional evening and weekend appointments.

- A persuasive, honest, and disciplined work ethic.
