The ideal candidate will have:

*Positive attitude, team oriented and collaborative mindset. Let's work together!

*Minimum of 2yrs experience Estimating commercial roofing projects. The greatest industry on earth.

*Familiarity with digital plans, specifications, addendums, and RFI’s. Let your geek flag fly.

*Able to have friendly interactions with vendors, general contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers. These people are just waiting to be your new best friend.

*Candidates with Edge Estimating Software expertise will be given priority. It’s the flagship, we need a captain.

*Solid understanding of Florida Product Approval and code requirements. Rules, upon rules upon rules, it’s like they’re afraid of hurricanes or something.

*Track record of accurately and effectively submitting estimates for complex commercial roofing projects. You’ve got skills, let’s see them.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
