JOIN HAMPEL OIL AS TERRITORY SALES MANAGER in TULSAHampel is seeking a self-disciplined individual that is driven, goal oriented, conscientious, optimistic, and a team leader that has ambition and a passion for sales. The desired applicant would be focused on developing new business, exceeding customer service expectations & growing the company customer base while creating value for the customer.
Details include:
- Starting salary range of $75,000 - $80,000 base pay plus Bonus and Incentive pay
- Schedule is 5 day work week
- Overnight travel at times

- Manage the daily activities of the territory that promotes the growth of the company
- Closing new business and managing existing accounts
- Analyze data and trends to strategically develop business within industry segments
- Provide excellent customer service while serving existing client base
- Find creative ways to be solution to customer pain-points
Job Requirements:
What Skills and Experience We are Looking For:- 3 years in a sales management position.
- Previous experience in outside sales operations
- Growth mindset and a "hunter" type of sales attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous sales experience in the fuel and lubricant industry
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- STLE, CLS or OMA1 certification
