We are currently seeking a Processing Clerk for our RMA department. This position works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN. This is not a remote position.
This position reports to the RMA Team Lead. We are looking for a Processing Clerk who will process paperwork for the RMA department. They will work with the entire RMA department as well as customers and must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. We expect you to support interactions between our customers and our technical department for the best customer experience. Your responsibilities will also include working on several different software packages including NetSuite, Ariba, and Microsoft Office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Processing documents for customers:
- Warranty evaluations
- Sales orders
- BER & warranty replacements
- Non-Conforming/Quality Unit Processing (Internal)
- Maintaining Joy requirements in Ariba
- Input inventory transfers for processing in NetSuite
- CEP (direct exchange) Sales Orders
- Moving finished goods from manufacturing and warehouse for processing
- Processing OmniPro units for exchange purposes
- Regularly perform inventory cycle counts
- RMA Creation
- Cross training with other positions within the RMA department
- Customer Service
- Ability to accurately enter data into software programs
- Basic clerical skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work within a small team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience processing paperwork a plus
- Most of the work is done in a climate-controlled environment. There will be times where it is necessary to work in an environment where the climate is mostly climate-controlled.
