- Problem solving/inquiry resolution pertaining to RMA status on evaluations and clarifications on findings.
- Update, modify RMA information which is missing or incorrect information.
- Processing orders once repairs have been made through GP.
- Internal communication on RMA- work the Sundown Rule (Get back to the requestor before EOS).
- RMA Lab organization-Organize shelves and units to keep them categorized and organized.
- Contact Vendor to pick up obsolete/unusable parts.
- Salesforce- Update salesforce and provide quotes.
- Prioritize orders, determine which orders to process by due date or rush status. Ensure alignment with Production leadership.
- Trouble shoot test equipment when issues arise.
- Review and recommend RMA process improvements, (advanced cross-ships, Salesforce integration, EOL of units, etc.)
- Schedule, provide agenda and chair the Monthly RMA review meeting. Capture and report the RMA metrics on an ongoing basis. Recap the meetings and place in a designated location. Follow-up on meeting on actionable items.
- Participate in S&OPS meeting once a week to review RMA status and update group.
- Train contractor on RMA Receiving when applicable. (Not a full year assignment)
- Plan contractor support, when needed with Production Manager.
- QA check and process outgoing orders.
- Work with Engineering on errors on test stations and /or other equipment utilized.
- Build and work with other departments in building relationships and solving issues. Work closely with CSR, Support. Production and Engineering.
- Approve credit returns.
- Provide Allegros QX for further evaluation to Lon or designee.
- Shipper Travelers- print and send to Juniper as necessary, and follow-up.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in production and manufacturing or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a test technician, a plus
- Experience with troubleshooting and soldering
- Mechanical background and experience with technical assembly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel
- Ability to work weekends based upon business demand.
