Operations Clerk

Where will you work: The successful candidate will work onsite at our Bartow location – 3200 Highway 60 West | Bartow, FL 33830

We’re looking for an Operations Clerk to support day-to-day administrative and clerical functions at our Bartow plant. This role helps streamline operations by managing documentation, coordinating meetings, and assisting with payroll and HR-related tasks—allowing frontline teams to stay focused on production.

What you’ll do:

- Complete documentation for audits, safety checks, and operational reviews.

- Verify and enter accurate Kronos data for weekly payroll processing.

- Process vacation requests, funeral leave, jury duty, travel pay, and correction slips in coordination with HR and Payroll.

- Coordinate meetings for hourly personnel, including safety sessions, OSHA training, engagement surveys, and other events.

- Provide general clerical and administrative support to managers and the operations coordinator.

- Coordinate bidding and rolling processes with HR and fellow clerks.

- Manage and file daily paperwork in accordance with document control standards.

What you’ll need:

- High School/GED

- 1+ years of Plant Operations experience - 1+ years of Manufacturing experience - 1+ years of Microsoft Office Suite experience

Bonus points if you have the following:

- 1+ years of Maximo experience - 1+ years of Time and Attendance Systems experience
