Our company is growing! We are looking for an experienced person to provide data entry and administrative support to the sales team and to office management in a variety of capacities.
The data entry clerk processes customer orders, quotes and a variety of other data related tasks. Answering phones, responding to emails and assisting customers is also a big part of the job.
If you are someone who likes working independently in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the "go-to person", and can stay organized and attentive to detail without direct supervision, then you might be the person we are looking for.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal communications skills and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Providing friendly, courteous and efficient customer service with close attention to detail, ability to prioritize and be flexible with a positive attitude, are key elements to success. Computer proficiency and multi-tasking along with fast and accurate typing skills are very helpful to this position.
Proficient in MS Windows and basic office software
Proven ability to quickly learn and use new software
Ability to organize, plan and prioritize time and work
Able to adapt to changing work demands and requirements
Gain a general understanding of the business and product knowledge
Ability to work efficiently and effectively to minimize error
Work as a team member in a small office environment
A degree is not required, but at least some college is preferred
Previous experience in a business, office or sales environment preferred
Previous experience with data entry and/or advanced business systems (ERP, CRM) preferred.
