What You’ll Do

- Be the After-sales Champion – Manage RMA requests, warranty claims, and repairs from start to finish.

- Keep Chargers Charging – Coordinate maintenance and service schedules with our technical team.

- Delight Our Customers – Act as the go-to contact for post-sale technical inquiries.

- Smooth the Logistics – Work with suppliers and logistics partners to get spare parts and replacements where they need to be—fast.

- Drive Quality Forward – Provide feedback to engineering to improve product reliability and performance.

What You Bring

- 2+ years in after-sales, service coordination, or technical support (EV charging, electronics, or renewable energy is a big plus).

- Great communication skills in English (Mandarin is a bonus).

- A knack for organizing and juggling multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and service ticketing/ERP systems.

- Bonus points if you know your way around electrical/electronic systems.
