Right of Way Due Agent II (Hourly)

JOB DESCRIPTION

THIS IS A JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A TEMPORARY POSITION:

This position is a contract position with the possibility to go perm. Therefore: (1) Candidates must be eligible to permanently work in the US; (2) At minimum, a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required for candidates seeking placement in this position

- · Responsible for performing tasks associated with understanding and interpreting easements and the diverse provisions that are in easements

- · Ability to review and interpret alignment sheets, surveys and plats

- · Has project and database experience

- · Analytics and workflow reporting preferred (Power BI, Altyerx)

- · Has some title experience (at a minimum, the individual must have a basic understanding of title)

- · Has some experience with GIS (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.)

- · Has experience with weekly management reporting

- · Must have midstream experience

- · Will take direction from the Land Manager or delegate

3-5 Years' experience

LOCATION - Houston (Corporate Office)

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $32,954.81 - $102,411.30 per year
