Florida Energy Services is seeking a highly organized Revenue Reporting & Controls Administrator to support billing verification, production reporting, and revenue tracking across multiple drilling and blasting projects.
This position plays a key role in ensuring operational data, project activity, and invoicing remain accurate while providing leadership with reliable reporting and analytics.

At Florida Energy Services, operational accuracy and clear reporting are critical to the success of our projects. The Revenue Reporting & Controls Administrator plays an important role in helping leadership maintain visibility into production, billing, and revenue performance across our operations.
This position works closely with company leadership and operational teams to ensure project activity, reporting data, and financial records remain accurate and aligned.
The Revenue Reporting & Controls Administrator is responsible for monitoring project production data, verifying billing accuracy, tracking revenue trends, and supporting operational reporting for leadership.
This role works closely with operations, accounting, and executive leadership to ensure that all project events, production metrics, and invoicing are properly tracked and reconciled.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working with data, reports, and cross-department coordination.
- Track Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure invoices are accurate and complete
- Maintain and monitor the Aging Invoice Report
- Track jobsite event numbers and compare production activity with invoicing to ensure no billable work is missed
- Enter daily Construction and Quarry Blast Reports, including invoice pricing data
- Prepare a weekly sales report summarizing revenue by week and month per customer
- Monitor customer revenue trends and identify any 10% or greater month-to-month changes
- Support leadership with sales analytics and revenue forecasting
- Track explosive inventory levels and reconcile usage with production reports
- Assist with procurement coordination and product standardization across company operations
- Prepare monthly drilling reports summarizing holes drilled, downtime, equipment issues, and productivity metrics by customer
- Prepare monthly blasting reports including explosive quantities used and production data
- Assist with administrative coordination related to Army Corps / Everglades project documentation
- Participate in weekly meetings with company leadership
- Present operational reports, revenue trends, and project metrics
- Prepare summaries and reports to support leadership decision-making
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Experience working with reports, spreadsheets, and operational data
- Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Professional communication and coordination skills- 3+ years of administrative or operational reporting experience
- Experience with financial reporting, billing verification, or operational data tracking
- Experience working in construction or similar industries
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
