Retail Solar Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for outgoing, motivated Retail Solar Sales Associates to join our team. You’ll work inside high-traffic retail locations, engaging shoppers, educating them about new solar programs, and setting appointments for no-cost solar consultations. No prior solar experience is required — we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

- Greet retail customers and start conversations about home energy and solar options

- Educate customers on current solar incentives, programs, and savings opportunities

- Qualify homeowners and schedule in-home or virtual solar consultations

- Meet or exceed weekly appointment goals

- Maintain a professional, positive presence in the retail environment

- Report daily activity and results to your team lead

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and people skills

- Comfortable initiating conversations with shoppers

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated

- Reliable and punctual

- Ability to work weekends or retail-peak hours

- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Reliable transportation

- Must be able to stand for extended periods in a retail setting
