Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager for the GE Vernova U.S. East Coast Offshore Wind Region. The successful candidate will have a solution orientated mindset and a result delivery style. Strong communication and listening skills with the team are essential. You can identify resourcing challenges from various forms of feedback and see them through to a standardized solution. With excellent attention to detail, structure, and organizational skills, you can apply a proactive problem-solving view on resourcing requirements and take the initiative to deliver efficient outcomes. You have a safety conscious mindset and can build trust and steer by influence to form strong relationships and team ethos. You have a project orientated mindset and understand that good results are achieved in collaboration with internal and external parties.

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Site Operations you will enable the organization through resourcing activities and line management of Technicians that enable high performance delivery of SQDC targets in collaboration with our customers.

Primary location will be Remote or at the U.S. East Coast Offshore Wind Regional Office in East Greenwich RI. With some travel to our customers Operations & Maintenance buildings in RI, MA, and NJ.

The base pay range for this position is $78,800 - $120,000.00 USD Annual USD Annual USD Annual USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for variable incentive compensation of 10%. This posting is expected to close no earlier than June 21, 2025. * The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
