What you’ll do

- Assemble racking, set modules, run conduit/wire, and assist with inverter/commissioning.

- Read plans, follow NEC/OSHA best practices, complete QC checklists.

- Work safely on roofs, ladders, and lifts; keep sites clean and professional.

What it takes

- Solar experience is required

- 3+ year solar/electrical/mechanical experience or strong hands-on aptitude.

- Comfortable at heights/outdoors; can lift 60–75 lbs.

- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.

- Bonus: OSHA-10, NABCEP entry-level, forklift/lift certs.

Schedule & Travel

Full-time, M–F with occasional weekends; regional travel as needed.
