As a Remediation Program Manager, you are responsible for overseeing remediation projects, managing staff and subcontractors, engaging stakeholders, and driving financial growth. You will provide technical and regulatory expertise to ensure successful project outcomes and contribute to the company’s financial objectives.
: Manage site investigation and remediation projects to deliver effective solutions for clients.
: Utilize existing technologies and experience to develop solutions to complex problems, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
: Analyze financial data, track project budgets, and manage invoicing, accounts receivable, and DSO.
Identify and pursue remediation opportunities and exceed responsible budget on a quarterly and annual basis.
: Interact with clients, manage relationships, and ensure client retention and revenue growth.
: Prepare detailed reports on project scope, objectives, and regulatory compliance.
: Oversee senior technicians, scientists, and project control staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
: Identify, mitigate, and manage project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
: Anticipate and manage resource needs effectively.
: Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
A PE (Professional Engineer) or PG (Professional Geologist) is required.
: Identify and resolve problems efficiently, develop alternative solutions, and work well in group problem-solving situations.
: Develop project plans, coordinate projects, communicate changes, and complete projects on time and within budget.
: Include staff in planning and decision-making, provide regular performance feedback, and foster a quality-focused environment.
: Understand business implications of decisions, demonstrate knowledge of the market and competition, and align work with strategic goals.
