WestCorp Solutions is seeking an experienced Reliability Specialist – Mobile Equipment to provide embedded technical support for an underground mining operation east of Regina, SK. This role is focused on improving equipment reliability, asset health visibility, and maintenance effectiveness across the site’s underground mobile fleet. The successful candidate will work closely with site maintenance and operations teams to strengthen preventive maintenance practices, lifecycle decision-making, and long-term asset management strategies.

- Provide reliability-focused technical support for underground mobile equipment, working collaboratively with maintenance and operations teams.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve a comprehensive asset health register, including equipment inventory, condition assessments, standardized health ratings, and failure history.
- Review, optimize, and implement preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies aligned with OEM recommendations and site operating conditions.
- Conduct lifecycle assessments for mobile assets, including repair, refurbishment, overhaul, and replacement planning.
- Analyze historical maintenance and reliability data to support repair-versus-replacement decisions and longer-term capital planning.
- Support the development and execution of asset management and reliability strategies aligned with operational, safety, and sustainability objectives.
- Establish and monitor reliability KPIs (e.g., availability, MTBF, MTTR) and provide clear reporting and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in mobile equipment maintenance, reliability engineering, or asset management.
- Underground mining experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of asset health monitoring, lifecycle costing, and maintenance optimization.
- Experience developing and improving preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Ability to analyze maintenance and reliability data to support technical and business decisions.
- Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems.
- P. Eng designation considered an asset but not required.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional site teams.
- Comfortable working in underground environments as required.
