Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Representative located in the Midland-Odessa Area. The Regional Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales of Flow-Zone’s product offerings, and meeting sales targets. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, providing technical support to customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Travel within the assigned region will be necessary to engage with clients and prospects.

Qualifications

- Sales experience and customer relationship management skills

- Knowledge of Instrumentation, Controls, Pipe, Valves, Fittings, and Measurement equipment

- Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

- Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to travel within the assigned region and work independently

- Experience in the Upstream, Midstream, or Petrochemical industries is highly desirable

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
