What You’ll Do
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting our independent sales representative network within your region. You will:
- Select, train, and develop independent sales representatives.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities that fit TMI’s market strengths.
- Provide reps with training on products, differentiation strategies, and selling approaches.
- Set quotas, monitor performance, and ensure sales opportunities receive proper support.
- Partner with Inside Sales to ensure accurate project kickoff and complete customer information.
- Communicate customer expectations clearly to internal departments.
- Ensure engineering and estimating teams have the details needed to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or DEC in Building Systems Engineering Technology.
- 5+ years of experience in custom engineered HVAC & Refrigeration sales.- Experience managing or selling through an independent representative network.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Strong bilingual communication skills (English & French preferred).
- Proven ability to build relationships, present effectively, and manage details accurately.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to make sound decisions and take calculated risks.
