Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Painting Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and managing customer accounts. Your ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this position.

Qualifications

•

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)

•

Work Location: In person, fostering direct and impactful client interactions, with willingness to travel.

•

Proven sales experience in the painting or construction related industries

•

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively negotiate and build relationships

•

Ambitious, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales targets

•

Organized and diligent, with a customer-first mindset

•

Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player

•

Ability to estimate job costs and write detailed proposals.

•

Looking for someone with proven sales record.

•

Knowledge and experience in the current, local painting industry would be extremely benefitial to earning potential.

Benefits

The opportunity to earn between $70,000 and $300,000 per year on a robust commission structure that rewards your hard work and success

Responsibilities

•

Engage with property managers, multi-family decision makers, and other potential clients to promote MDS Painting services.

•

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all client interactions align with our core values

•

Drive sales processes from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a smooth and professional transaction

•

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and outbound client outreach

•

Provide knowledgeable, consultative service to prospects, understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions

•

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, developments, and competitive offerings
