● Strategize territory management and account delegation to achieve growth goals
● Manage hiring, performance, and development of area sales reps
● Focus team on top priorities and opportunities through motivation and communication
● Build strong relationships with key decision makers within territory
● Identify and pursue new strategic customer opportunities through targeted outreach
● Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product suite and effectively position against competitor offerings
● Ensure team documentation of all sales activities and pipeline management
● Proactively monitor local market and industry updates within territory
● Monitor and analyze territory performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
● 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in related industry
● Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Supply Stores, or Natural Gas Compression preferred
● Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools
● Natural leader with the ability to inspire and motivate
