Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panama City Beach, FL, for a Regional HR Generalist. The Regional HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting human resources operations, implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and overseeing benefits administration. The role includes tasks such as coordinating employee benefits, maintaining compliance with HR regulations, facilitating onboarding and training processes, and serving as a resource for employees and management on HR-related matters.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management

- Experience in developing, implementing, and communicating HR Policies

- Strong understanding of Employee Benefits and expertise in Benefits Administration

- Effective communication skills and ability to support employee relations

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to HR and employment law

- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
