KEY OBJECTIVE:
The Key Objective of this position is to launch, grow, and sustain the sales of AB Marketing, LLC (hereinafter the Company) across multiple markets within an assigned region. The Regional Director of Sales accomplishes this objective as follows:
· Opens new markets as assigned by the Company and ensures they are launched effectively and profitably.
· Personally trains Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in the field on selling, managing teams, running meetings, and conducting interviews.
· Remains in newly launched markets for as long as necessary until the ASM is fully trained and capable of operating independently.
· Provides managers and agents with a workplace that is safe, drug-free, and where harassment will not be tolerated.
· Constantly contributes ideas for reducing expenses, maximizing revenue, or otherwise improving the overall profitability of the Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Launches new markets within the assigned region by overseeing all aspects of startup operations, including recruiting, training, office setup, and program rollouts.
· Works in the field to demonstrate proper sales techniques and compliance standards.
· Trains ASMs on how to run meetings, conduct interviews, manage teams, and achieve sustained growth.
· Makes personal sales during training periods and may continue to make personal sales at any time to supplement income.
· Manages multiple ASMs and their offices across the assigned region, holding them accountable for results.
· Travels extensively (2–3 weeks per month) to provide in-person oversight, training, and support.
· Recruits new sales agents and ensures they are placed with managers in the region.
· Identifies and develops future ASMs and managers from within the field.
· Participates in weekly client meetings to review performance in the assigned region.
· Serves as liaison between corporate staff and field managers within the territory, escalating issues when appropriate.
· Must reside in an active Company market and maintain a 'home base' office.
· Depending on circumstances, and while using common sense, verifies final decision-making with the Corporate Director of Sales or CEO.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
The supervisor and principal contact for this position is the Company’s Corporate Director of Sales, with a dotted line of reporting to the CEO.
This position interacts and works alongside the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and executive staff, as required.

3–5 years of prior sales and marketing leadership experience, preferably in direct sales. High school diploma required; 2 years of college a plus.
Ability to read and interpret business documents such as contracts, leases, and government rules and regulations. The ability to write clear and concise reports and email correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, subcontractors, managers, sales agents, and coworkers.
Must have basic mathematical skills, including ability to calculate commissions, percentages, etc. Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft WORD and EXCEL or similar word processing and spreadsheet software.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram form. Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
