The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the regional sales team within an assigned geographic region. Manages organizational sales by developing business plans and meeting planned goals. Oversees the activities and performance of the regional sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets and facilitating the ongoing training of the team. Uses effective sales techniques and dedication to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.

- Manages organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls for assigned geographic region.
- Coordinates with Accounts Receivable staff to ensure tickets are being signed in a timely manner.
- Keeps records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Develops a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinates sales activities across region to ensure sales coverage of all accounts in region.
- Keeps Operations managers informed by preparing regional sales funnel and sales pipeline reports and coordinating branch and/or regional sales funnel and pipeline sales calls with regional sales staff.
- Generates the regional forecast by working with regional sales, corporate sales and operations to create and update the customer by customer forecasts.
- Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Stays knowledgeable about the Company's products, situations in the market, and demand for the products. Uses this knowledge to assist in organizing seminars and presentations to explain key points to the sales team.
- Responds to RFPs from regional customers by creating proposals and accompanying pricing.
- Develops regional sales personnel through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Ensures team receives training and remains in compliance with all safety requirements.
- Completes all safety and equipment related trainings required on a monthly basis.
- Any other duty, responsibility or task as assigned by the supervisor.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field required.
- Must have good driving record and be able to maintain insurability with Company insurance.
- Must have at least three (3) years of working experience as a business developer, account sales or a relevant role.
- Proven sales track record.
