POSITION SUMMARY
The Regional Director leads customer relationship management efforts, driving business growth and operational excellence. This role focuses on developing, mentoring, and guiding a high-performing team to maintain and expand a satisfied customer base for Aerzen’s blower and compressor solutions. This role plays a critical part in driving long-term business growth by identifying market opportunities and aligning strategies with organizational goals. You will manage key accounts, define strategic initiatives, and foster collaboration across teams while identifying sales opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
•Cultivate a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement, aligned with the company’s goals.
•Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for sales and aftersales in the region, ensuring seamless daily operations. This strategy ensures alignment with broader corporate objectives, enhancing Aerzen’s market position and customer reach.
•Direct account management efforts for key OEM and municipal representative accounts, strengthening client relationships and driving sales growth.
•Support and guide the sales team’s interactions with end-user customers, engineering firms, and OEMs to influence purchasing decisions.
•Recruit, mentor, and manage the performance of regional team members, fostering their professional growth.
•Develop and execute sales forecasts, projections, and strategies, reporting progress to senior leadership as needed.
•Oversee budget management for the regional office, ensuring efficient use of resources.
•Collaborate with marketing assistant to create and execute regional marketing plans and support trade show preparations.
•Oversee order processing efforts, ensuring smooth execution and effective customer follow-up.
•Collaborate with Aerzen Canada department leads to improve sales, order execution, and aftersales processes. Focus on aligning internal processes with customer needs and market dynamics to deliver enhanced operational efficiency.
•Actively participate in global account management initiatives, supporting opportunities with key accounts that operate internationally.
•Monitor customer, market, and competitor activities, providing strategic feedback to leadership and other internal teams.
•Travel as required to strengthen high-level customer relationships and promote Aerzen solutions.
•Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders ensures alignment between Aerzen’s solutions and the strategic objectives of key customers.
•Complete administrative duties, including managing timecards, expenses, PTO approvals, and vendor questionnaires.
•Contribute to a positive climate by preventing and eliminating any form of psychological harassment or sexual violence.
•Report to your immediate supervisor any situations that could lead to a harmful, unsafe, or hostile environment.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and developing teams.
•At least 7 years of experience with industrial equipment; knowledge of rotary screw compressors and/or positive displacement blowers is a plus.
•Proven experience managing sales channels directly and through representatives, contractors, and EPCs.
Language Proficiency:
•Fluent in French and English preferred, both written and spoken.
Technical Skills:
•Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
•Strong experience with ERP systems, product configurator software, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Work Environment
This role operates primarily in a professional office environment with regular interaction across multiple departments. The position requires frequent collaboration with sales, service, and operations teams, as well as engagement with customers and partners. Occasional visits to customer sites, trade shows, and manufacturing facilities are required, which may involve exposure to industrial environments, including noise, dust, and varying temperatures. Compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards is essential during site visits. Health and Safety Responsibilities:
•Maintain awareness of workplace safety procedures and promote safe practices during interactions at client sites.
•Ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting customer facilities or hazardous environments.
•Report any observed health and safety risks at customer locations to your immediate supervisor.
•Participate in mandatory safety training programs and adhere to the company's safety policies.
Physical Requirements
•Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
•Occasionally required to handle tools and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
Occasionally required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for site visits or in warehouse areas

Environmentally-conscious shop, warehouse, and office. Exposed to equipment noise, solvents, dust, and occasional weather-related temperature changes
