About The Role
As a Lifestyle Consultant at Zenodro Homes, you'll be the driving force connecting homeowners with their perfect property. This dynamic sales role combines relationship building, market expertise, and a consultative approach to assist clients through the buying process.
You'll serve as the face of Zenodro Homes—greeting prospects, conducting engaging presentations, guiding clients through the buying journey, and ultimately closing deals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and is motivated by helping others achieve their goals.
Core Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
•Generate qualified leads through strategic outreach and networking
•Conduct professional phone calls daily to engage with prospects and nurture relationships
•Respond promptly to all inquiries via phone, email, and text (within established response times)
•Provide exceptional customer experiences from initial contact through closing
•Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire homebuying journey
Sales Process Management
•Conduct compelling property presentations and tours for prospective buyers
•Qualify prospects by expertly assessing their needs, preferences, budget, and timeline
•Negotiate contracts effectively to maximize value for both clients and the company
•Successfully close deals and achieve/exceed established sales targets
•Maintain meticulous records in our CRM system to track progress
Industry Engagement
•Deliver persuasive presentations to real estate agents/brokers to promote Zenodro Homes
•Build and nurture strategic relationships with brokers and agents to expand referral networks
•Collaborate with the marketing team to generate quality leads and enhance property visibility
•Stay current on real estate market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments
Qualifications
Required
•Active Florida Real Estate License
•3 years of successful sales experience
•High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
•Bilingual proficiency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
•Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
