Duties:

- Understanding hiring needs: Working closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of the position

- Attracting candidates: Using various channels, such as social media and professional networks, to find potential candidates

- Screening candidates: Reviewing resumes and conducting interviews

- Following up: Ensuring that new hires are a good fit for the company and things are going well

Requirements:

- Knowledge of employment labor laws and HR best practices.

- Ability to navigate hiring platforms

- Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
