The
Onboarding Specialistplays a critical role in welcoming and setting up new customers across our product offerings in the Fleet Solutions business. This person ensures a smooth, professional, and positive experience from the moment a customer signs on, guiding them through implementation, training, and early program success. If you love process, people, and problem-solving, this is the role for you.

Customer Onboarding:Lead new clients through onboarding, including account setup, system access, credit application processing, and card distribution
•
Implementation Coordination:Serve as the internal project manager to align sales, operations, and support teams around each new customer launch
•
Training & Demos:Deliver product walkthroughs to clients so they feel confident and informed
•
Issue Resolution:Triage and resolve common setup challenges and escalate technical issues as needed
•
Process Improvement:Identify friction points in the onboarding process and suggest improvements to drive faster and smoother launches
•
Documentation:Maintain SOPs, training decks, onboarding checklists, and knowledge base content
•2–4 years experience in client onboarding, customer success, account management, or operations
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re clear, friendly, and know how to put people at ease
•Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations
