Recruiter

Empire Solar Solutions is looking for a dedicated Recruiter with 2+ years of fast pace recruiting experience. This recruiter has experience with full-cycle recruiting, cold-calling, talent sourcing, pipelining, effective interviewing and retaining talent.

Responsibilities

- Designs and implements overall recruiting strategy

- Develops and updates job descriptions and job specifications as per business needs

- Creates recruitment advertisements and posts to relevant networks such as job boards, school, technical schools, etc.

- Successfully sources candidates using boolean searches and builds consistent pipelines

- Screens and assesses candidates relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

- Presents qualified candidates to Hiring Manager in a timely fashion

- Provides analytical recruiting reports to Hiring Manager

- Conducts market analysis for different roles and industries as per business needs

- Builds internal recruitment program to incentivize employee referrals

- Acts as a point of contact for passive candidates that are pipelined for future openings

- Keeps up with HR recruiting best practices

Skills

- Proven work experience as self-starter and agile Recruiter. This position will give the recruiter the opportunity to create and implement their own strategies. An individual with a strong passion for recruitment will thrive in this environment.

- Strong decision-making skills

- Strong organizational skills

- A passion/interest for solar and renewable energy is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
