SUMMARY: The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to support Prime’s fast-growing workforce needs. This role posts jobs, screens candidates, coordinates & conducts interviews, and ensures a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding. The Recruiter also maintains accurate staffing data, assists with HR-related tasks, and represents Prime at local job fairs, technical colleges, and high schools. This position plays a key role in promoting Prime’s brand, culture, and commitment to building a strong team.
- Post job openings in the Applicant Tracking System (ClearCo) and manage incoming applications.
- Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications and availability.
- Schedule, lead, or support interviews - either independently or alongside the hiring manager.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Represent Prime at job fairs, career days, and recruiting events at technical colleges and high schools.
- Initiate new-hire onboarding in ProLiant, including electronic paperwork and system setup.
- Track completion of required onboarding tasks and follow up as needed.
- Document position changes, transfers, and status updates in ProLiant.
- Monitor and report staffing numbers, including new hires, terminations, and open positions.
- Utilize data analytics to track and measure recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and other relevant KPIs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans aimed at meeting specific goals while ensuring hiring compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Deploy various sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external partners, representing the company professionally and fostering a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or candidate-facing roles is preferred.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and colleagues.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Teams, and other tools for tracking and analyzing data.
- Comfortable attending career fairs and speaking with large groups.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to different job roles and industries, understanding the specific needs of each position and effectively sourcing candidates suited to those roles.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, hiring compliance, and related employment laws.
- Occasional travel to Prime locations, external job fairs, and recruiting events is required.
